This microscope is currently configured to allow the user to quickly find and image a biological sample under Brightfield Transmitted with or without Phase Contrast, DIC, Polarization and Fluorescence Reflective.

Comes equipped with the hardware Nikon Perfect Autofocus PFS system.

This Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope is in good working order with all aspects tested and working fully.
Microscope and optics have been professionally cleaned by our technicians under a class 10,000 clean room hood.

Testing we performed:
The Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope passed all tests and was found to be fully functional:
Tested XY joystick control fully adjusting speed and control of all axes: PASSED
Tested joystick buttons and controls fully: PASSED
Tested control of all motorized components including: Z-axis focus, XY motorized stage, PFS objective nosepiece and light path switching: PASSED
Tested all microscope buttons to work controlling motorized components: PASSED
Tested control of microscope with software: PASSED
Tested fluorescence light source fully: PASSED
Tested halogen lamp and source fully: PASSED
Tested the port splitter to switch between 4 ports: PASSED
Tested connection from computer to camera: PASSED
Tested Z-axis adjustment and focus: PASSED
Tested live feed to computer: PASSED
Tested filters and prisms: PASSED
Tested all components of both light paths to be working fully: PASSED
Tested PFS system to be working fully: PASSED

During testing this Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope was found to have no issues.
A clear image was produced through the eyepieces as well as through the camera port.
All of the mechanical and motorized components moved freely and the test sample was able to be focused without excessive effort.

This Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope is currently set up for Brightfield Transmitted with Phase Contrast, DIC, Polarization and Fluorescence Reflective studies.

The Dell i5 e6430 laptop is Nikon TI-Control software, MicroManager software and DCAM software.

With included objectives of 10x, 20x and 40x, plus the 10x eyepieces and 1.5x internal magnification the maximum magnification of this Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope is currently 600x.

In addition to the computer or locally controlled motorized components the system also includes Nikon Perfect Focus System which is a great option for time lapse photos of the sample.

The Nikon PFS (Perfect Focus System) nosepiece holds focus irregardless of temperature fluctuation or vibrations.

The motorized XY stage allows for microplates or standard slides and petri dishes to be viewed.

The addition of the Hamamatsu ORCA Flash 4.0LT CMOS digital camera and the included MicroManager software allows the user to capture high quality images of sample with many options such as Time Lapse and Z stack imaging.

Video Description:
The video starts off with a full view of the entire Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope. The camera pans around showing all included components.
The PFS system is turned on showing functionality. The stage is controlled via the MicroManager software showing the sample moving on the live feed.
The motorized nosepiece is controlled to rotate the objectives and the Z-axis is used to get the sample back into focus.
The fluorescence shutters are opened showing fluorescence reflective illumination. There is one final view of the entire Nikon Ti-E Motorized Microscope.
