This item is used but still in good physical condition. Unit has been tested to power on and function and does so without any signs of issue. All functions on hand control operate as intended with no error. Table articulates without issue. No further testing has been or can be done.
ALL items are sold as is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
Units may show signs of wear and tear, use, sticker residue, scratches, writing, etc.
Sale does not include any other cords, cables or accessories other than what is listed and pictured above.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is accepted through either of these methods: PayPal, credit card or wire transfer. Payment MUST be made 48 hours after commitment to purchase. If there is an issue that arises and payment cannot be made within the 48 hour period, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If payment has not been received or no contact has been received from the client, we reserve the right to re-sell the item and the purchaser will no longer have the right to purchase the item again. Any non-paying member will be blocked and thus will no longer be able to bid on any of the items listed by MST & Associates. All items will have a 5.3% Virginia sales tax added to the final price. This sales tax will NOT be applied to shipping and handling. This tax is due to recent changes made by PayPal we as a business must abide by. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping costs are calculated based on location.
Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEX. Items will not necessarily be shipped as stated in the listing. The shipping carrier that is used will be determined at the sellers discretion, unless the buyer specifies that they would like to use their own account to ship their items. It is possible for items be shipped via the BUYER'S DHL account; however, the buyer must provide labels to MST & Associates, and is responsible for scheduling the item pick-up.
Our pick-up days for outgoing shipments are Tuesday and Friday on a weekly basis*, with the exception of holidays. In the event that a holiday falls on a Tuesday or Friday, orders will ship out the following operating business day. For freight shipments, exceptions will be made to allow for select trucking companies and their available schedules.
All items MUST be shipped with insurance so that if the case of damages during shipping arises, a claim can be filed with the company in question. The insurance cost will be a flat $3.00 fee for ALL items sold within the US and a flat $5.00 fee for ALL items sold internationally.
Please email us regarding any international shipping quotes. We reserve the right not to ship certain items to a specific location for any reason. Large or particularly heavy items will NOT be shipped internationally unless the purchaser agrees to the shipping charges and insurance fees beforehand.
All international freight shipping must be arranged by the purchaser. We will prepare all freight items for shipment including but not limited to: putting the item on a pallet and strapping it to said pallet, padding the item with bubble wrap and shrink wrap, (or) crating the item for an extra fee.
This item is guaranteed to power on and function as pictured and described above ONLY.
We make every effort to describe each item as clearly and accurately as possible. It is the client's responsibility to read the item description in its entirety. Please ask any questions one may have before bidding.
Returns and/or refunds will only be accepted if the item has been damaged in shipping, or if the item is clearly in a condition other than described, only if the tamper sticker has not been damaged or adjusted. If an order is damaged in shipping, please keep the box and all packaging and contact us so we may file a claim with the carrier. We will not accept returns for any other reason.
Consumables (i.e. batteries, lights) are not guaranteed.
The equipment we sell is USED can and may have scratches, chips, cracks, blemishes or markings on the unit from the previous owner.
