We will offer replacement or refund on goods found to be not as desecribed provided you inform us within 24 hours. All returns must be in original packing and condition. Refunds are less delivery costs and fee's and charges. and the buyer is responsible for returning goods at there cost (recorded delivery advised), Goods listed as sold as seen only are excluded from this service and carry no guarantee or return
Auction terms and conditions. We reserve the right to relist items if no contact is made within 48 hours and/or goods not paid for within 2 days. Negative feedback will be left for non-payers full stop!!!!
As we sometimes sell old/outdated technical hardware please satisfy yourself that it is what you need before you buyas we will not refund on goods that are not what you expected/needed, or that you are unable to get hold of drivers/leads/information etc. also note that as most of our goods are second user we offer no warranty on built in battery packs. Packaging may be incomplete and there may be marks and or scuffs etc on the products.
All items sent will require a signature on delivery and if a parcel is returned to us as undelivered we will have to charge again for re-posting, we pack all products with care and all items delivered by courier need to be checked for contents before signing as if you sign you are signing acceptance that the goods and condition are what you ordered and we will not enter into any refunds etc for damage or parts missing from your order once you have signed for it.
