PE, leader in the development and management of GI single-specialty ambulatory surgery centers, acquired a minority interest in The Endoscopy Center at St. Mary (ECSM), making this their 43rd ASC.

The Endoscopy Center at St. Mary is a four-room ambulatory surgery center providing over 5,500 procedures annually. The Center opened for operations in 2006 on the campus of St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA.
