Former executive at Dean Foods Co. appointed chief compliance officer at Conifer Health

FRISCO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conifer Health Solutions announced today that Daniel Feldman has joined its senior leadership team as senior vice president and chief compliance officer. In this role, Feldman assumes responsibility for managing Conifer Health’s enterprise-wide ethics and compliance program. Feldman will also direct the company’s privacy and security compliance program, working closely with Conifer Health’s information security team.

Prior to joining Conifer Health, Feldman held various leadership positions at Dean Foods Co. in Dallas, serving most recently as vice president, chief litigation counsel and chief compliance officer. In that role, he managed the company’s ethics and compliance function, as well as its litigation matters, including employment litigation and counseling, and sat on the company’s Enterprise Risk Council.

Feldman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and of the State Bar of Texas.
