(OTC: EXMT) Board of Directors announced today that the company has acquired Shield Global, a Biotech Company as a wholly owned subsidiary of ATM. Shield Global specializes in surface protestant, anti-microbial products that fight against harmful viruses, bacteria, molds and fungi.
