STIRLING, Scotland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eClinicalHealth Limited, a cloud-based eClinical technology company, announces that it has named Mark Paul as head of eClinicalHealth’s US operations.

Mark Paul has served in clinical development for over 25 years in a series of progressively responsible positions including data management, clinical operations, project management, and sales and marketing. He started his career at Quintiles where he served as Director of eClinical Technologies, after which he was CEO at StatWorks where he negotiated the sale of the company to a global CRO. Subsequently, he became co-founder and CEO of PharPoint Research, a full-service CRO. He then joined Veracity Logic as a Managing Partner and Director of Sales and Marketing. Recently he has held roles as Senior VP, Global Program Management and President, CROS NT LLC, a global CRO. Mr. Paul holds a BA from the College of William and Mary, and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has been a frequent speaker at national conferences.

In his new role at eClinicalHealth, Mark assumes the role of Head of US Operations and will also support the company’s business development efforts.
