The cloud-based solution includes eRAD RIS, Patient and Physician Portals, and RADAR, eRAD's secure healthcare communication platform.
Precision Imaging Centers (PIC), operates four multi-modality imaging centers in Jacksonville, Fla., and performs between 80,000 and 90,000 procedures annually. To extend that responsiveness, PIC is also implementing RADAR, which enables the practice to send HIPAA-compliant texts, instant messages, auto-calls, and emails. Patients can receive—and respond to—appointment reminders in their preferred channel. Physicians can collaborate more quickly, by sending an IM, for example, instead of going through countless rounds of voicemails.
The flexibility of eRAD's architecture makes integration to existing PIC systems, such as its PACS, speech recognition, and billing system a straightforward part of the implementation.
