Medexprim, a hyper-growth company specialized in “big data” in medical imaging, announces a reorganization of its leadership team. The new organization will enable to balance responsibilities and provide greater agility to respond to the challenges and opportunities ahead. The objective is to triple its workforce and increase sales tenfold within 3 years.

Thus, the General Assembly of Medexprim of April 9, 2020 appointed Romain Cazavan, President of the Company. Karine Seymour, the founder, remains a corporate officer and continues to manage the product roadmap and customer projects. Nicolas Dubost, partner since 2017 and VP of Sales, continues to play an essential role alongside Romain in defining and implementing the international sales strategy. Finally, Robert Foweraker joins the management team as Chief Technical Officer.

Romain Cazavan, 48, holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC. He began his career at Générale de Santé and joined Siemens France in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2015, he joined AGFA Healthcare as CFO, where for 2 years he participated in the signature of the renewal of the APHP (Paris Hospitals) contract. Since 2017, he has been Business Angel and Business Developer for Digital Health Start-ups and has been working closely with Medexprim since 2018.

Karine Seymour confirms: “Romain is the ideal person to carry our strategy, especially internationally. We are extremely complementary. By entrusting him with the functions of President, I will be able to dedicate my time and expertise to our operational projects, and to increase my support to our Toulouse team, which is growing extremely rapidly.”
