medQ installs signature dictation and reporting solution at Boston Breast Diagnostic Center

Plano, TEXAS | May 19, 2020 – medQ, a leading provider of imaging workflow automation, installed their signature reporting and voice recognition (VR) software, Reporting PLUS+™, at Boston Breast Diagnostic Center (BBDC). Originally seeking a simple replacement for their aging reporting solution, radiologists at the BBDC have found that Reporting PLUS+ has enabled them to create and distribute results to the patients quicker than before.
“It’s a night and day difference,” stated one of the diagnostic radiologists for the BBDC. “I’m able to dictate exactly the way I wish to without worrying about technological restraints. I find myself barely having to touch the mouse, and on complicated exams, I’m finishing my dictation three times as quickly as I was before.”
Radiologists at the BBDC attribute this increased efficiency to a number of factors.

Side-by-side views of past reports BBDC noted that the speed and efficiency were not the only benefits realized by the new technology.
