Has anyone had a bad experience Fred Morgenstern Mini C Sales?

We purchased a "fully refurbished" mini c-arm from Mr. Morgenstern in August of 2016. We purchased a one year year warranty. It came off the truck not fully functional. The unit is still not fully functional after five months. The service history of the machine shows a recurring defect that was apparently not addressed before delivering the system for patient use.

We have persistently asked that the machine be replaced, repaired or refunded. Mr. Morgenstern refused to answer phone calls several months ago. We are stuck with a defective machine with only the FDA, litigation or this forum to address this scam. A warranty on a supposedly refurbished piece of intraoperative equipment must be a serious undertaking and not merely a way of inducing sales.

Fred burned me for $1,500 in 2012. He wrote me that he mailed me a $1,500, it never arrived and he never returned my calls or emails.

He is bad news, stay away............
