Dear Mona!

Unfortunately I can not reach you on the phone or get any replies to my e-mails for the last several days. That is why I decided to try to communicate with you through this web-site.
I would like to remind you that you offered Siemens Symphony 1.5T for us as if it was manufactured in the year of 2003 and was equiped with Quantum gradients, According to the Contract we signed, we have wired you 20% of down payment. Before this transaction we had received some pictures of the scanner from which we were not able to figure out whether the scanner corrsponded to the technical specs you had given us in your Quotation. You promised to send us more details after the down payment is wired to you. The down payment has been transferred onto your bank account. After that you sent us some more pictures of the machine. We were surprised to find a serial number plate of the magnet with the same serial number you offered to us, but different year of manufacture. It was 1998, not 2003.
In your quotation you stated that the scanner has Quantum gradients. When we received additional information from you it turned out to be Ultra gradients.
We notified you in writing that the actual scanner is not the same as it was mentioned in the contract. That is why we asked you to refund the down payment. You told me that the year of manufacture of the scanner was surprising to you as well (we are still wondering how it could happen if you are professionals). In this regard we decided that we should not send an inspection to your site, since they will see the same things we already had seen.
During several weeks I am receiving e-mails from Sharee with your promisses that the payment will be refunded, but still there is nothing on our account.
Please contact me in order to clarify what we are having now.

We have seen this alot lately. When checking out used Symphonys, the "year" is always different than the Oxford MMU. You don't have to bother removing magnet covers. Just open the CCA cabinet right door, and look at upper right Oxford Magnet monitoring Unit. It has the DOM (Date of Manufacture). It should match the magnet plate. Always ask for the DOM, not the "Year". Oh, and Not Surprised by your dealings there....
