Luis Vargas responded: Dear Shakhrukhbek. I apologize for not able to answer your calls. I was out of the country and my tech, that you met and picked up the laser from and my shipping guy who shipped the phaco to the address you requested, were in communication with you and kept you informed in my absence. It took a little longer to check and refurbish them. Since we gave you a year warranty, we wanted to make sure they were perfect before they left the country. Usually we do not warranty outside the USA. Later my guys informed me that you personally checked the equipment and picked them up for your return to your country. I also included some hand pieces and packs at no extra charge for the delay and inconvenience. I apologize again for the delay but making sure everything was right before it left the country if our priority for your assurance.

Took my money and never shipped the medical equipment. Ignoring all calls and messages.
