bucky diagnost ts table

i have a bucky diacnost ts table stuck in the highest position,i see the relays pull in on the controller pcb..but the motor still does not drive..i;m told it is the encoder in motor..all swiches ohmed out and only 1 green led on board. can i manually move the motor?i dont see how.

Did you tried to pull out table tray? I mean if you pull out table tray this hooks an actuator that prepares table bucky for next exposure
