GE Vivid 3 Error code

Anyone have a GE vivid 3 code chart or know what this code means? i replaced the keyboard interface board and the keyboard assy.
Still displays Error: DolphUI: UI_SRC: EXKB doesn't exist

Common advice is
First check BIOS Settings + replace BIOS Battery, check Keyboardcontroller (Keyboardcontroller correctly seated in PCI-Slot?)Check in device manager in Windows that all devices have drivers assigned correctly.

I did all these except checking the device manager. Its also possible my replacement keyboard or replacement controller board could be defective. I am assuming i need to use my GE key to get into windows?

Well, Yes GE key will give access to windows and all privileges to open device manager. You can also uncheck Use Front end in settings and try to run application to check if it isn't damaged. Also use Log viewer to see any suspicious messages.

Ok you say i can use a GE USB Dongle key? If so what keys get into windows? i ran keyboard test it failed , then after i tried running it again and other test but no keyboard function. I did not try a external keyboard. did swap out the main keyboard and interface card with no luck. However the parts i bought i cannot test in shop since we do not have a Vivid 3

You can use external keyboard.
Before booting windows choose Technical support instead of Windows (press key up or down - it disappears very quickly)
