MR - Achieva R18.104.22.168 - Service Manuals

Hello colllegues, I have found out differences in the field between R22.214.171.124 (eg. works w/Response Gen) and R126.96.36.199 (eg. works only with dongle) in Achieva/Intera systems. Could you help me learning more in the SMI/SMI manuals for new release R188.8.131.52 ?

Do you have the dongle? Did you do the software upgrade?

You have to restore the Release 220.127.116.11 or before to work w/o dongle. I have a site that I will have to reload software because Philips engineer came in and installed 18.104.22.168 and took the backups and when asked about it they said they don't have the backups any longer.
I worked for Philips and the books, software, service tools, etc... where purchased and invoiced, the property of the customer. Those rel.X.X.X.22.214.171.124.5...'s that are installed, the fse is suppose to backup the system before installing, they are suppose to backup the systems on PM's.
ElsMed engineers are located in four different countries. 24 hour response time to any service call. Service agreement provided for end-users range from a 6 month period to a 3 year period and covers all system spare parts.
