Hello colllegues, I have found out differences in the field between R3.2.3.2 (eg. works w/Response Gen) and R3.2.3.5 (eg. works only with dongle) in Achieva/Intera systems. Could you help me learning more in the SMI/SMI manuals for new release R3.2.3.5 ?

Do you have the dongle? Did you do the software upgrade?

You have to restore the Release 3.2.3.4 or before to work w/o dongle. I have a site that I will have to reload software because Philips engineer came in and installed 3.2.3.5 and took the backups and when asked about it they said they don't have the backups any longer.
I worked for Philips and the books, software, service tools, etc... where purchased and invoiced, the property of the customer. Those rel.X.X.X.1.2.3.4.5...'s that are installed, the fse is suppose to backup the system before installing, they are suppose to backup the systems on PM's.
