You have to open the Colimator, there is a solenoid inside with a micro switch that senses the position of the flipper, some times the solenoid is stuck, so you have to clean it, some times the switch is damaged and you have to replace it.
Turn on the C-arm, you have to listen a sound, like clack, that means that the flipper has movement, you can see that movement if you place the colimator off to see inside where the flipper is.

The C-Arm is presenting this error. The manual talks about the collimator. Someone has some idea of ââwhat may be happening.
