SAMSUNG RS80A Prestige won't leave Setup Screen

Dear Dotmed Fellow Friends, hello.

I'd like to know, please, if has anybody ever heard about the following failure, and if, eventually, knows how to fix it (what part is to be replaced):

All probes are connected, and at the end of the boot, system goes directly to setup screen, and it is impossible to close it.

At first, it looked like a login issue, but after I reinstalled the SW, in a different SSD, it behaved the same way.

If probes are removed prior to restart the RS80, Setup Screen is off.
Then, if one of th probe is connect, it is loaded, you can see image, but no command is accepted, even increasing the gain, or freeze the image.

I suspect it is a defective Front Board (Probe Connector), maybe a defective BE board, perhaps a failing power supply (even with no error messages or lit warning LEDs).

Hello.
Check please options.
I think you have issue with “Prestige” option.
If “prestige” inactive, you cannot use device.

You are absolute right, My Friend!

I just saw among the photos I took, "Prestige" was Expired.

This seems totally unapropriate, preventing an equipment from performing basic explorations because of a missing license.
