HELLO; I HAVE VIVID3 PRO ( A GOOD MACHINE)

BUT CAN NOT USE IT ANY MORE
I HAVE THIS MESSAGE: Cannot open package file C:Dolphin/Init/Users/Factory/modules.ini

Can any one help me to fix this problem?
