does anybody know what is the meaning of this. when i power up the ge ct/i ct scan machine a message pop up in the screen. it says ctving9not sure about this);wrong board 413 error.how can i correct this

Does the machine boots all the way up to the application? If not, you probably have a corrupted database and you need to regenerate.
