Hello,

Most probably when you remove the bowtie filter for calibrations you touch the home position optical sensor (located on left side on interior of collimator) or mechanics of this one, I mean the sensor flag, or one of the collimator cables. This cables have small (brown most probably) connectors if this are little out, you can face this kind of problems.

Good luck
Dragos

restart the unit.
APERTURE Assy is easy to be defective for some reasons.
It is cheaper

Check blades movement when you push OGP reset button. Probably step motor, or controller bad.

Because the system was running before, once again check the sensor and collimator cables there are only the parts that are possible to be affected during tube replacement.

Check if opto for 1 mm is active, then try to do service scan with 1 mm slice; if works, you have problem with step motor, or pcb driver

Yes, the opto has a small red LED , that light if not blocked.
To see it, you need unmount the collimator cover, fixed with 8 mm nuts at the squares front face of collimator ( not the aluminum part)
