If I am not mistaken. The Achilles has a battery on the mother board inside. That's the one you need to replace to fix your issue. Don't remember the type of battery. Pretty sure it's not a CR2032.
may be it is kind of battery like the one in the computer to save the date. I have no experience with this system, but the only thing that I am thinking about it is the like the BIOS battery, just open the system and look for it.
hello Luiz I still have not resolved the problem, now I bought the component ds1216C which turned out to be a 28 pin, whereas the one on to be replaced is a 32 pin, I can find in the board the current one, neither on the component which number really is. I have done some research and foun ds1216D to be a 32 pins but also the F and H are. Which is the correct one, is it the D one. Any one else know...? Please advice.

you are right, i was mislead, I had the same error on a prodigy system an fixed by changing BIOS battery.

Achilles is just a foot densitometry, it doesn't have a separate computer with the encore like the table ones.

Battery back up on board was low.Change a new battery back up.
