Hi I have a problem with a merge frame grabber on start up the Linux red had program stops with the message AN ERROR OCCURED DURING THE FILE SYSTEM CHECK.
I ran the checker but it stops at 53% for a while then finishes but fails. I get the message UNEXPECTED INCONSISTANCY: run fsck MANUALLY. Don't know how to do this any help much appreciated. Also says journal has data.

Normally when you have this message: it is because you have software system corrupted.
Did you try load software system? if error appear again may be you have any problema with the hard disk.
It is a good idea try buy a local hard disk, same like the system has and load software again in the new one

Hi Antonio thank you I shall check if software is onsite when I go Monday. Not sure I saw any discs in the box.
