Five Minutes in Healthcare is where I discuss current events with some of the industry's most influential leaders.
Today I am joined by Dr. Sean Woolen, assistant professor and director of UCSF Radiology’s sustainability initiative, to discuss some interesting findings on how to reduce energy consumption in the MR suite.
I think all of us have come to recognize the importance of reducing our carbon footprint. Every little thing we can do makes a difference, and when it comes to something as powerful as an MR scanner, there is plenty of room for improvement.
We previously wrote about Dr. Woolen's research in our Daily News, and I encourage you to
read the article.
We hope you enjoy the conversation. Please tell us what you think, and let us know who you would like to see interviewed next.
