All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Meena Medical Equipment Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Meena Medical Equipment Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Meena Medical Equipment Inc. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Meena Medical Equipment Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, Meena Medical Equipment Inc. or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:
* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;
* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.
The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to Health Canada or FDA regulation and it is to be used for regulated medical services in Canada or the USA, your payment for it indicates you are an authorized purchaser and will comply with these regulations. If you have questions about legal obligations regarding sales of medical devices, you should consult with Health Canada, the FDA or the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which the item is to be used.
Shipping/Pickup:
Seller will provide a packing and shipping quote for all buyers. Buyer's can also do their own packing and shipping. Items must be removed in 10 days or storage fees may be applied.
There will be a nominal Auction Hosting Fee added to the amount due if you are the Successful Bidder. This fee will be paid directly to DOTmed.com and not to the Seller of this Auction. See the Hosting Fee schedule in the table below.
