No property removed until fully paid. All equipment is sold as is and where is. The information contained in this listing is subject to inspection and verification by all parties relying on it. No liability for its accuracy, errors, or omissions is assumed by the seller, the representative of the seller, Surplus Service or their agents.
All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Surplus Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Surplus Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Surplus Service shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Surplus Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, Surplus Service or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:
* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;
* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. Shipping/Pickup:
The buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. Shipping may be arranged through our shipping partners, or buyers are welcome to coordinate shipping with their own preferred carrier.
Local pickup is also available by appointment at our warehouse located in Fremont, California.
There will be a nominal Auction Hosting Fee added to the amount due if you are the Successful Bidder. This fee will be paid directly to DOTmed.com and not to the Seller of this Auction. See the Hosting Fee schedule in the table below.
