Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Therapeutic Technologies shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
Therapeutic Technologies will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
The Bidder agrees that the seller, any representatives of the seller, Therapeutic Technologies or their agents shall not be held responsible or liable:
* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;
* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.
The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. Shipping invoices will be sent to winners after payment of the auction by Therapeutic Technologies
There will be a nominal Auction Hosting Fee added to the amount due if you are the Successful Bidder. This fee will be paid directly to DOTmed.com and not to the Seller of this Auction. See the Hosting Fee schedule in the table below.
