The device for sale is an MagPro R20 + (Express solution) stimulator which has a Theta Burst setting on it for the shorter stimulation protocol ( 3 min). - It is ideal for a private doctor or a Clinic that needs a portable solution in case they have more than one office location. - It is also ideal for an individual who may need to use this device from their home. Since it is portable it can be used in conjunction with a professional doctor and brought to the M.D's office for use and then transported back to their home for use. If you can use it from home it saves commuting time to a clinic and money since you have it at home wont be charged tms session fee by doctor which is expensive. - It has been FDA approved for the treatment of depression. In the EU it has been approved to treat substance abuse and/or anxiety disorders. - The settings on this device are set for theta burst protocol. Intensity can go up to 100% without power roll off. Intensity is based on your individual MEP. It is set at the theta burst conventional standard protocol used by all doctors using magventure equipment. The user manual found on the internet shows you step by step how to change the settings using the knobs it is designed to be simple and user friendly. This device was purchased in 2023 and then never used. The warranty can be activated with the company (the warranty is not necessary for an individual as long as it is handled delicately). I have owned a Magventure R30 as an individual for over 10+ years--never payed insurance or needed maintenance on it and it works the same as the day I bought it. It can also go under the warranty umbrella of your tms practice which is why it's great for TMS clinics. It does not need an isolation transformer. Other accessories at a clinic could be used in conjunction with it. The original purchase price for this device was USD 46,902.73 and was purchased is Swiss Francs. The operating manual can be found on the internet however I have attached a crucial part of the manual which shows the power of the device (how many pps can be achieved and at what intensity). This device can achieve 50pps at up to 100% intensity so it was designed to achieve theta burst level of power. The coil can be purchased separately from the company as long as you are owner of their equipment. -Comes with power cord for Europe (power cord is very standard can be purchased in any country for this device). Comes with many documents related to the device (receipt/invoice document, serial number etc.) - The total price reflects the shipping costs of a specialized crate (i am responsible for shipping and handling) also the charge I have to pay website for taking a commission.
