Radiology/Imaging Manager opportunity at one of the leading hospitals in northern New Jersey!
Responsible for daily operations of the Radiology Departments, including supervision of staff, coordination with medical staff, and assisting Director with financial management, including business planning/forecasting, budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, statistical analysis, staffing efficiency. etc. Contributes to optimal performance of Imaging Services on financial, quality and service metrics.
Job Essentials:
Minimum of 3 years experience supervising Radiology unit(s) in a hospital.
Excellent communication and leadership skills including organizational, business development, and planning skills.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (in Business Administration or related field) required; Masters Degree in health, hospital or business administration preferred.
License/Certification/Registry: Registered in an imaging modality: ARRT, CNMT, or RDMS and NJ license if applicable.
Hours: 10a.m. 6 p.m., Mon. Fri.
