I'd like to start a conversation with charities interested in receiving a list of surplus equipment available for donation from DOTmed.
From time to time we have equipment that we need to dispose of, and we'd rather donate if possible.
If you run or are associated with such an organization, please either reach out to me directly or post your charity's info and mission below. We'll reach out, and I imagine having an up-to-date list of worthy groups will be helpful to other users as well.
We would love to know what is available for donation as we work with a group of 3rd world physicians called "Medicos Unidos en Uno" which take all our disposables we have no need or use for.

Fundacion Zubiri is a non-profit org that works health, education and civic participation projects in Sonora, Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas. We are an authorized donee by the Mexican Tax Authority, and would love to work with DOTmed in giving proper use to any potential donations. We know for sure how we could put it to work in favor of those in need, specially in communities like Sonoyta, Sonora, where unfortunately there is a great lack of medical attention for its 15,000 population.
Thank you for such a noble consideration.
My 501c3 organization might be slightly different than some of the others, but I hope we can be considered at least minimally at some point.
I am with the largest baby sparrow rescue in North America, and the largest wildlife rescue facility in the southwestern US; we receive over 2,000 wildlife intakes in critical condition found by members of the public (mostly baby birds). We would be very interested in any such surplus lists. Anything donated would be tax-deductable, etc. You can contact me directly regarding any possible surplus lists. Thank you!
Bless your heart, Matt. I am definitely interested in donated medical equipment for Sierra Leon, West Africa. I am a member of the Adventist Health System that runs a hospital in Waterloo that is in dire need of Diagnostic equipment: x-ray machines, ultrasound and MRI. Thank you for this thoughtful gesture.
