Hi everyone. I have lightspeed 16 with DARC Jarrel and 1 image generator.
Some time ago it failed to do recon and scsi raw data drives failed.
So I changed hard drives in DARC and now it’s working but ct doesn’t reconstruct images anyway. So I replaced RAC board because it’s notorious of malfunctions but it doesn’t changed the situation (RAC board is used and seller claims it’s in operational condition).
I plugged monitor to Image generator and what i found out is: it starts to deploy os from DARC and stucks at “Uncrompressing Linux… ok, booting the kernel”. Nothing happens after. Systems couple times tries to reset IG and then nothing.
I already reinstalled DARC OS using Linux shell on the console , but nothing has changed. Same issues.

Hi. when you replace scsi hdd, did you check jumpers? you have to make same scsi id like id0, id1 like it was before. check in darc bios setting if scsi hdd is showing or not? if raw data hdd are not present darc may not boot properly. after detecting of raw data disks, please reinstall darc software. good luck.

Dear. Sir in darc bios once u cheq Darc processor. Both processor are showing or not..and second change Darc ram also ..if ok bypass ig by command

check error log on darc, check ping ig1 from darc ,should be ok, send or attach logs, seems your darc is not comunicating with IG
