Periodically Medison Sonoace X8 hangs up showing error 116. Sometimes it hangs completely without any messages. Sometimes it can work all day without any trouble. Nowadays it happens more and more often. The dust was removed from the system completely.System is protected by UPS. What could be the reason? Can anybody share service manual? Any help will be appreciated...

I have a problem with my sonace X8. The keyboard freezes when the calc knob is pressed and the following message appears" Access violation at address 47B1AFE5 in module 'MeasCore.dll'. Read of address 00000000'"
The supplier who is from Korea thinks it is HDD problem. He sent me one and I changed it but the problem is still not resolved. The version of the unit ii 2:03:00: 1211

How are you? I asked our engineer about this problem. If the problem still shows even after changing the HDD, then you need to check your PC. Maybe you need to replace your PC.
(Please press ctrl+shift+del when the error message shows and check if you see any pop-up windows.)

More details in description of a problem:
5 years old US Sonoace X8 SW 1.01.00.0311. Customer complains for intermittent error message that happens during exam. Before error appears he hears hissing noise, after that something like a click of a relay, then screen gets brighter and system halts with error message that reads: "System error. Please PowerDown System and Reboot. Error code:116"
Can anybody give a hint about following moments:
1. Are there any error logs in the system? There can I find them?
2. I have service manual, but there is no description of error codes. Does anybody have any info about it?
3. I couldn't remove ADM block (that's big primary power supply below). I've followed instruction - removed cables, removed 2 screws and pulled hard, but it seems to me that something else holds it.
This Error code mean BE(Back End Board) board has problem.
What happen if You power on system jet? System Boot Up, hang or...
Clean Up system (particular PC) from dust.
In 90% You must change BE board.
