Hello everyone!
I have a Lunar DPX-Bravo with encore 2006. QA does not go through and give an error "Swing arm not locked in scanning position. Please lock before continuing."
I tried unlocking and locking the swing arm several times with no change. Any advice on troubleshooting will be highly appreciated.
Hello Mohamed, you could follow cables trought inside arm to bulk heal connector inside tablet ir do a bypass on switch ti determine if is bad. Feel free to contact me if need It. lemedina1964@yahoo.com.mx
You may have a bad limit switch in the arm. There is a limit switch up there that will sense the open and closed position. I would first check to ensure that switch is engaging correctly. If you need parts or other advice let us know.

Have you check if there is a switch that detects the arm is locked?

There are TWO switches in the rotating vertical arm. They have to both be actuated mechanically.
