Seller takes payment, does not have item and will not refund mon

Ayo Moniason of Moniasons is advertising a Sorvall RC3C plus centrifuge (Listing: #3554260). We sent payment via wire on 3/21/23 for $3750 for the item on which was supposedly in Illinois. He delayed shipping initially indicating that his packaging guy was out. He then said the centrifuge was in Texas and he had to fly down for it. I waited another week and had multiple other excuses from him. I finally asked for a refund on April 11, 2023. A week later I hear back from him asking for my bank information. I send him the bank information. On April 26, I ask if the money was sent . He responds that it will be sent on May 4, 2023. Well May 4th came and went with no wire to my account. All I hear from Dotmed is that unless I write this synopsis on this forum they will not do anything. Well here is the synopsis. Will you do anything? As for Moniasons, I would suggest nobody contacts him.

thanks for this post, I have done business with this guy for awhile. He has bought items from our auction we have. I was going to buy a GE AMX 4 Plus xray and now that I saw this, I will wait on this purchase.

Same scenario happned to me
Just few weejs ago I paud for axiom artis sensis hemodynamics and upto today he recueved the money 3275$ and everyday he is giving excuse , one time the dhl came during out of hours and one time the psckaging guy and another tome the he cgsnged the shipping agent and gives lie after lie every day and he
I strongly not advising anybody to buy anything from this guy
Dotmed giving him certification. Sgame from dotmed to certify such kind of scammer

Thanks for giving heads up and we are still struggling to get refund and supplies is not bothered. Fail to understand that why DOTMED does not blacklist them and block their posting??????

DOTmed has disabled Mr. Moniasons account.
Our team had been working with him to have refunds issued to affected users, but that process has stalled and we feel that we must take this step in order to protect all our users.
We hope that Mr. Moniasons will continue to work with buyers to ensure positive outcomes. If anyone in this thread believes that their problems have been successfully resolved please let us know. Similarly if there have been additional problems, we would like to know.

Moniason stole money from another dealer I know. Look up the address on Google street view and its a little dumpy house.

Thanks for posting. The same supplier has also cheated us and taken advance payment in March 23 and neither paid nor supplied till today.

Confirming that Ay Moniason is a scammer. He did a similar situation to my company and owes us $4,500. He should be in jail.
