UPDATE: since I wrote this message (in July '25), we still have not received any payment. They do not reply with any helpful information or give any reason for this situation. It is an absolute scam. Never expected this from them.
Hello, we had the same issue some months ago: long relationship but this year they paid our last invoice after 6 months instead within 30 days. After that we requwsted payment in advance and since then we haven't purchased anything from us.

Good day, are other companies experiencing problems with Althea Italia? We have a long relationship now, most of the times without any problems.
Now we have delivered 2 orders to them in April '25, with a 30 days payment term, as described in their own Terms & conditions.
It is now more than 90 days since the invoice date. We have received no payment, no reply or excuse. Not by phone, not by email.
I have emailed and called many people from within the company.
When I call the head office and choose "English", they automatically hang up the phone.
Are we the only one having this issue with Althea?
