JOSELITO AZUELA

I hate to do this, but after a year and a half of not getting paid its time. Joselito Azuela from the Philippines has owed me over $23k since may of 2011. His Company name is Harmonix Medical Imaging. Joselito is a nice guy - we did several deals for GE CT scanners where he bought the systems, I had them crated and shipped to him. He visited me in person and paid for the systems, etc up front - on the last deal - he told me he only had enough $$ for one of the 2 scanners and could I ship the other and he would pay me promptly. We'll that never happened. I sent him several fed-ex shipments of parts and I was stiffed on all that as well. We had several emails back and forth and they got heated as you can imagine. He had every excuse in the book from natural disasters over there to problems with the machines, etc. I gave lots of tech support and helped him as much as I could - his engineers have a limited knowledge of the systems, which is fine and I helped with tech support many times. Then he started blaming the system I sent for his troubles. Anyhow, he's promised me he would pay me every single dime he owed me in his words - I even offered to let him make payments, he said he would and dropped of the face of the earth. Then I find out from other people in the industry he has bought equipment from them recently -good thing they got their $$ up front. SO beware if you deal with him get ALL the $$ up front or you will most likely be in my situation. Personally I really like Lito and Im at a loss as to why he would do this.
