we have purchased two siemens servo 300 vents from him. first he delayed the shipment for one month and didnt receive any call or reply any emails.finaly once we receive the units,they were ony boxes .all of their parts from neumetics was missing .i called him and sent the pics .but he didnt reply and not picking the phone calls.
pl see if anybody can help out there.
and be sure dealing with Grant Oggel.

Be careful of Grant Oggel and GOMED. He just stiffed us on several sets of surgical lights. We sent the money and he delayed shipping for over 2 months avoiding calls and emails. finally we received a shipment of broken lights, missing parts, and missing S#'s . Totally worthless and not as pictured or described. Bait and switch seems to be the business practice of this company. We have been trying to resolve but now he does not return calls or emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They should be banned from DOTMED immediately.
