*Sellers Beware of Insight Surgical/ Andy Sirota Scottsdale, AZ*

I quickly got a response from Andy the day that I posted the article. He overnighted a check that we deposited immediately. The check has cleared and I’d like everyone to know we are all square. I only hope the best for Andy going forward. Matt McRoberts

I cannot agree more! Before doing ANY business with Andy, please contact past references within the past year. Multiple lawsuits in multiple states are currently pending against Andrew Sirota and Insight Surgical Equipment. He currently owes my company over $690,000 in equipment that has been paid for, but not been delivered. Feel free to reach out prior to engaging with him on any transaction.

Andy sirota does not pay his bills and is another fraudster in this business. He incessantly lies and consistently writes bad checks while never taking any responsibility for his actions. Steer way clear of him.

Do not send money to Andrew Siroto (Insight Surgical ) or his new busines Sustainability Surgical sales and Service. I send payment on nov 2, 2022 and he dissappeared. Would not answer the phone or messages. After a 1 1/2 months he finally answer, started his big lies about health problems and that he had send the board by Fedex but it never arrived and would not provide tracking. Since December he has promised to send the board or send the money back. Every time he will answer the phone he had a new lie about shipping the board or returning the $500 I paid him. This money is lost and this scammers needd to be reported and stopped.

I first started doing business with Andrew "Andy' Sirota at Insight Surgical Equipment in mid 2019 - Now using new name for his business as Sustainability Surgical Sales & Service. He sold me on his "consulting" services and medical equipment sales. A deposit was placed as a hold which he still refuses to pay. He had us use a bank he worked with a lot called Umpqua Bank / Financial Pacific Leasing to secure the loan, which provided him with 100% funds up front and now they no longer will work with him. Since mid 2019, we have received very little of what was ordered and what was delivered was not what was ordered, is outdated, broken and still not repaired, missing parts, service labels from years to over a decade ago and later found out some was stolen from other people. He claims it is all updated, better than what was ordered, refurbished or some other excuse. He claims over and over he has my equipment just waiting to deliver however has years of excuses to delay from having Covid (at least a dozen times), gout, asthma, car issues, "business meetings", dental problems, no employees, employees with Covid, blames the delivery company, multiple family illnesses and deaths, divorce issues, has no money, banks won't give him lines of credit, he's out of town, etc (but somehow has money to manage his lifestyle)... but still the equipment never shows up, the initial deposit never paid back and consulting services never received. I have even offered on many occasions to pay a delivery company to pick it up and he refuses. He will go weeks to months without responding. He has dozens of lawsuits in multiple states (check out Arizonas court website) and hopefully will be criminally convicted at some point. This is just my experience from the past 6.5+ years (its now Aug 2025) and would hope no one else experiences this horrible nightmare. Feel free to contact me. Hate to say it but its late 2025 and he is still getting away with the same thing. Sold him a monitor in August. Had 3 "checks in the mail" that mysteriously got lost. Finally I told him I would come to pick up a check instead of waiting for another lost one and he somehow discovered the existence of Zelle. Except he shorted me, telling me he thought we agreed on $1000 not $1200. I harassed him some more and he just now sent me the balance via zelle.

I would absolutely NEVER advise anyone use him. He is always polite and did answer my calls (with a "i just sent your check it's in the mail") discussion. It was only after I said I dont need a check mailed in coming over discussion that he recalled the existence of a digital money transfer.

Sigh. My fault for assuming people pay their bills like I do.
