The US made audiometer appears to be in great shape and comes comes complete with a Telephonic headset and wall power transformer. It has no significant cosmetic damage and its display and controls appear to be appropriately responsive and without issue. The headset delivers signals at all the ranges it appears it should on both side and is without apparent interference on any frequency or channel. Standards dictate this sort of device should have its calibration checked and adjusted to manufacture's specifications at least annually. This unit is warranted to pass such a process without requiring anything basic maintenance. The included headset came to us with this unit and appears to work well with it. Our warranty covers both items. If either the audiometer or the headset fail to pass an calibration test during a biomedical or GSI authorized inspection, both should be returned. Inspections should be completed within 14 days of delivery.
