This Canadian made battery conditionaer/analyzer appears to be in very good condition without functional or apparent physical issues. It powers up quickly, the display is bright and clear and the interal software runs through it self test and diagnostic program without evidence of fault. Testing was done using standard North American 120 VAC power connected to a standard grounded wall outlet. This device can be set to use a multiplicity of input currents. It is warranted to be functional on delivery. No adaptors are included, however these are available from the manufacturer and distributors. This is a commercial grade device and is a current product
