Manufacturers Description:
The Optima TLX Ultracentrifuge features maximum performance capabilities of 657,000 x g and sample volumes ranging from 0.2 mL to 5.1 mL per tube. The system features include imbalance-tolerant, direct vacuum-encased, and air-cooled drives. It also has a rotor imbalance detection, moisture-purging vacuum pump, fixed angle rotors with a fluid-containment annulus, and programmability with up to five step changes. It has ten selectable acceleration to deceleration rates and a microprocessor control. It is an ultracentrifuge for maximum performance and convenience.
