Manufactured in 5-31-2023. Comes with the display unit, AR Calibration portal, Power Connection Cords, Video Connection Cords, Wireless Foot Pedal, Power Strip, Rolling Cart Stand. We have several of these systems available and a bunch of extra parts. Contact me for bundle savings. For the purposes of testing, we used a power supply from another unit we have listed. (Power supply is not included) The display unit powers on and the screen is working. Since we do not have any of the associated computer for this system, no further testing has been conducted. There is no mounting arm for the AR portal attached to the display unit. The wireless footswitch transmitter illuminates blue when a pedals are pushed and I believe it is working. The AR Calibration Portal shows some scratches to the mirror. The cart is nice and the extendable arm that holds the display moves freely. Manufacturer's Description
The HOLO PortalTM Surgical Guidance System is intended as an aid for precisely locating anatomical structures in either open or percutaneous orthopedic procedures in the lumbosacral spine region. Their use is indicated for any medical condition of the lumbosacral spine in which the use of stereotactic surgery may be appropriate, and where reference to a rigid anatomical structure, such as the iliac crest, can be identified relative to intraoperative CT images of the anatomy. The HOLO PortalTM System simultaneously displays 2D stereotaxic data along with a 3D virtual anatomy model over the patient during surgery. The stereotaxic display is indicated for continuously tracking instrument position and orientation to the registered patient anatomy while the 3D display is indicated for localizing the virtual instrument to the virtual anatomy model over the patient during surgery. The 3D display should not be relied upon solely for absolute positional information and should always be used in conjunction with the displayed 2D stereotaxic information.

Since we do not have the associated computer, no further testing has been conducted. The AR calibration portal shows some scrathces to the mirror. There is no mountingarm for the AR portal attached to the display unit. There is no power supply included. The foot pedal is in great shape and the wirless transmitter illuminates blue when and pedal is pressed. All cords are in perfect condition. The stand is very nice and the adjustable display unit mounting arm moves freely. Overall this is a very nice device and we guarantee it will not be DOA.
