Manufactured 5-10-2023! Comes with the Display Unit, AR Calibration Portal, Power Supplies w/ Cords, Wireless Foot Pedal, Power Strip, Video Connector Cords, Reusable Instrument/Calibration Set with Case, Fortilink-TC fusion device, Fortlink-TS and Rolling Cart Stand. The display unit appears to be new and has a safety protection film covering the screen. We have left this on to protect the screens condition. During testing the Display Unit powers on and the screen illuminates. Since we do not have the associated computer with program, no further testing has been conducted. The AR Portal is undamaged. The Instrument/Calibration Set is incomplete. The cart is nice and the extendable arm that holds the display unit moves freely. Manufacturer's Description
The HOLO PortalTM Surgical Guidance System is intended as an aid for precisely locating anatomical structures in either open or percutaneous orthopedic procedures in the lumbosacral spine region. Their use is indicated for any medical condition of the lumbosacral spine in which the use of stereotactic surgery may be appropriate, and where reference to a rigid anatomical structure, such as the iliac crest, can be identified relative to intraoperative CT images of the anatomy. The HOLO PortalTM System simultaneously displays 2D stereotaxic data along with a 3D virtual anatomy model over the patient during surgery. The stereotaxic display is indicated for continuously tracking instrument position and orientation to the registered patient anatomy while the 3D display is indicated for localizing the virtual instrument to the virtual anatomy model over the patient during surgery. The 3D display should not be relied upon solely for absolute positional information and should always be used in conjunction with the displayed 2D stereotaxic information.
Condition & Testing
This device is in excellent cosmetic and power tested working condition. The display unit powers on and the screen illuminates. Since we do not have the associated computer no further testing has been conducted. The AR Portal is in excellent undamaged condition and works to reflect the images of the display unit as intended. The foot pedal is also in excellent condition and the transmitter illuminates blue when any of the pedals are pressed. The instrument calibration set is incomplete. Comes with the original sterilization case for the instruments. The stand is nice and the adjustable arm works to move the display unit into position. All 4 large rolling swivel casters with locks are in great working condition. This is a very nice unit and we guarantee it will not be DOA.
