Philips HeartStart MRx Monitor w/ Accessories - Printer Not Working - "BAD BATTERIES"

This monitor was surplus from a community college. It had a sticker on it that said that the batteries are bad and "Printer not Working". It powers up fine with a power cord though and I get the displays shown on the screen. The printing function works well but it doesn't feed. If I pull on the paper in prints fine. It comes only with the accessories shown in the pictures. On one of the screens is says that it is overdue for calibration.
