Philips HeartStart MRx Monitor w/ Accessories - Not Working

This monitor was surplus from a community college. At first it wouldn't power on and I pulled the power adapter from another unit and hooked it up to this one. It powered on and got a good display but then it showed a warning that it was going to power off. Once it powered off I couldn't get it to power on again. It comes only with the accessories shown in the pictures. I am offering this AS-IS for parts or repair.
