Philips MicroDose L30 is a FFDM (Full Field Digital Mammography) modality. It consists of a mammography stand and an acquisition workstation. The application on the acquisition workstation, the Philips MicroDose application, controls the stand and displays the acquired images. The QA-check is done on the acquisition workstation. The acquired images are stored locally on the acquisition workstation and can be sent to remote DICOM nodes as mammography images or hand images.
