Very nice Weller MG100S Zero Smog Fume Base Extraction System in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. Appears to have been facility purchased and never used. There are a few scuffs where it may have set against something, but most of the hoses were still wrapped in the original packaging. No damage at all. The filter looks brand new with no signs of previous use. Comes with the fume base, a Weller Mikro gas filter, a 6' long x 2 1/2" flex hose, a 37" flex adjustment arm, funnel nozzle, WFV Valve w/ bench mounting clamp, 2 adaptors and a cap. This unit purifies the air at up to 2 workstations at once. When plugged in and tested the unit runs quietly. There is an electronic filter control with filter alarm. The Weller MG100S Fume Extraction System with high efficiency filter is a powerful High airflow system from Weller. The MG-100-S has connections for one or two extraction arms. The system can be set in variable speed and has an alarm function for filter lifetime indication. Suitable applications are soldering, gluing, solvents etc. The MG100S can also be equipped with a special filter suitable for different applications.
The MG 100S fume extraction unit is suitable for applications with a high demand of gases. Variable speed and alarm function for filter exchange can be set via the remote control. To make installation easier, the MG 100S can be suspended at the work table with special table mounting set (780-3001-ESD).
