Push button controls for doneness, (0-200F) browning (0-10) and time. Has a fitting with an inside float for water autofill switch and a 1/4" manual drain valve. Has 2 adjustable racks (21" w x 26" d). Does not come with a cord plug end and you will need to acquire the proper cord end for your outlet. We used our shop cord end (6-30P - not included) and were able to test this oven completely. It warmed up quickly and all programmable settings are all working as they should. The digital display is clear. Guaranteed not to be DOA. The shelf racks do have some surface rust that we cleaned off as best we can. The 2 racks are usable but you will probably want to replace them at some point. This commercial oven is solid stainless steel construction with a reversible door and latch. The digital LED screen microprocessor has 5 programable settings.     Condition & Testing

    This oven is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition, with minimal signs of previous use in the form of minor scuffs but no damage at all. The racks do show some rust on the edges but are still good. You will probably want to order new racks at some point. (We did clean them as best as we could) We hooked a shop 6-30P plug end to the unit and when plugged in and tested we were able to warm it quickly. The digital display is good and all 5 programmable settings are working. The push buttons work to adjust all the settings for doneness,browning and time. The wheels are good and the brakes are working. Ready to use as soon as you receive it!
