Returns are allowed within 14 days only. To initiate a return, the customer must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the 14-day period. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Once an RMA is issued, the item must be returned within 14 days of issuance of the RMA. Refunds are typically processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

Item must be returned in the same condition and with all parts and accessories, as received. The buyer is responsible for handling the return and all associated return shipping charges. We recommend insuring the items in case of damage or loss by the carrier.

For all warranty returns, the buyer is responsible for handling the return and all associated return shipping charges. If repair or replacement is determined to be covered under warranty, the item will be shipped back to the buyer at no cost.
