The acquisition module is intended to acquire, digitize, and transmit analog ECG signals to a host unit. The circuitry is designed to protect the host unit against the effects of cardiac defibrillator discharge to ensure device recovery.

The acquisition module is intended to be used under the direct supervision of a licensed health care practitioner.

The acquisition module performs high resolution ECG data acquisition for use with host equipment (resting ECG analysis system and exercise systems). The acquisition module has the following features:

GE Medical Systems Cam 14 HD Acquisition module is compatible with GE Mac 5000, 5500, 5500 HD, GE Case Stress Test System and GE Case 8000 Stress Test System.
